Client brief

In Denmark, experts are raising concerns about children encountering advertisements for energy drinks on media platforms like never before.
The gaming industry is highlighted as a context where energy drinks are promoted to children. On top of that, a recent study revealed that only about 4 out of 10 Danish children consume the daily recommended amounts of fruit and vegetables.

Creative output

I created Gamesenze, a fictional juice brand, to pioneer a new market. With benefits surpassing caffeine, my aim was to revolutionize the industry and make health trendy for all ages. Gamesenze provides superfood elixirs crafted to enhance skills in what matters most to vegetable resistant kids - gaming.

has imited market penetration due to the competition of established energy drink brands.

PROBLEM IS children perceive healthy drinks as dull and unappealing.

being the best at a game is all that matters.

WE NEED TO
showcase with our drink you can have sustained energy due to superfoods unique nutrients, contrasting with the brief energy spike from high caffeine and sugar in energy drinks.

SO THAT you can perform at the highest level - and stay at that level.

Business goal
HELPING TO change the perception that energy drinks are the exclusive solution for obtaining a significant energy boost during gaming.

Touch points

I knew my touchpoints with my audience needed to stand out in the noise of eye-cathing marketing. These banners was mainly designed for web, or as marketing within the STEAM gaming platform.

Illustrations

To capture fantasy, gaming, and teamwork vibes, I crafted playful characters illustrating the attributes of each superfood-infused beverage. Emphasizing a childish aesthetic was key.

The drinks:

Focus - blueberry & spirulina
Benefits: Blueberry & spirulina boost concentration, memory and bloodflow to the brain. Spirulina is one of the most nutrient rich foods on the planet and are rich in B-vitamins which reduce your blood pressure.

Blast - beetroot & acai
Benefits: Beetroot is often used in high performance sports because it helpts the body to produce more energy into your cells. Acai has proven to support better sleep, more energy and mental clarity.

Immortal - matcha & kiwi
Benefits: Matcha slows aging with antioxidants and contains natural caffeine. Kiwi enhances immunity and eye health.

SoMe

I wanted the brand to feel like a buddy gaming with the target audience. The tone of voice would be in English, since the most popular games played by the target audience is in English. I wanted to use gaming-phrases and acronyms that had resonance with the target audience.

Landingpage

I created a landingpage to showcase the page and the tone of the brand.
The site was a school project, and no longer active.
